Rodney J. Bosco is a Principal with FEA Advisors LLC. Rod has provided advisory and expert testimony services in adversarial settings for more than 40 years. He assesses the financial impact associated with commercial disputes, prepares appraisals of ownership interests in privately held businesses and conducts investigations involving quantitative analysis or empirical research.
Rod has examined financial and economic issues pursuant to civil litigation, investigations, investor/state arbitrations and contract compliance. He has addressed lost profits, cash flow, wages, business value, royalties, unjust enrichment and “most favored nation” pricing. Rod has been retained as an expert in damages analysis and statistics and has provided testimony in matters adjudicated in federal and state courts, in arbitration forums, and before a Subcommittee of the United States Congress.
Prior to forming FEA Advisors, Rod served as a Director at a large, international consulting firm, as well as practice area leader at a boutique consulting firm.
Rod earned an M.A. in economics from The University of Michigan and a B.A. in economics from Boston College. He also holds professional certifications in financial forensics (Master Analyst in Financial Forensics), business valuation (Certified Valuation Analyst), and fraud examination (Certified Fraud Examiner).
Rod and his wife Cassandra have three adult children and live in Northern Virginia.
